Seems people are usually afraid to try it because they think it’s all raw fish! I went to a sushi bar in Dundrum and watched my friend’s face as she tasted it… she went from disgust to rapture in 2 seconds! ‘Raw fish is so fluffy!’ ‘Um, that’s rice’…
